Increasing Supply But Legal Conditions Are the Gateway to the Market
Real estate supply is improving, but the number of projects appearing on the market does not mean all products are fully eligible for business operations. According to the Ministry of Construction, in the second quarter of 2026, the country had 113 newly licensed commercial housing projects with a scale of 103,205 units; meanwhile, 131 projects with 59,073 units met the conditions to sell future-formed housing. Therefore, a clear distinction must be made between a project under deployment and a product eligible to be put into business.
Project communication does not mean sales eligibility
According to the Law on Real Estate Business 2023 and Decree 96/2024/NĐ-CP, before signing contracts to sell or lease-purchase future-formed houses, the investor must fulfill relevant legal conditions and submit a notification dossier to the provincial-level state management agency for real estate business. This agency is responsible for inspecting and responding in writing regarding whether the housing is eligible for sale or lease-purchase.
Therefore, information regarding planning, design, construction progress, or communication activities reflects the project deployment process, but does not mean the products are eligible for sale.
QP Holdings affirms its capacity through verifiable milestones
With residential real estate as its strategic pillar, QP Holdings is simultaneously deploying a portfolio consisting of QP Green Park, QP D7 & D17, and QP Binh Duong Center. Among them, QP Green Park clearly demonstrates how project development capacity is translated into specific legal, progress, and resource milestones.
QP Green Park – the commercial name of Quang Phuc 3 Housing Area – has obtained the 1/500 detailed planning approval decision, investment policy approval combined with investor approval, land-use purpose conversion decision, and technical infrastructure construction permit. The project commenced on October 1, 2025; the traffic connection category from the project to DT.742 has been completed, accepted, and put into use.

Deployment resources are also demonstrated by financial figures. QP Holdings owns 99.63% of the capital in Quang Phuc House Development Co., Ltd., the investor of QP Green Park, and has used nearly VND 271 billion to acquire this capital portion. The 2026 General Meeting of Shareholders approved the policy of implementing the project construction contract with a maximum value of VND 881.25 billion during the 2026–2027 period.
On September 24, 2026, QP Green Park officially launched its journey named “Green Journey”, with QS Land acting as the Exclusive Distributor and Marketer of the project. This is a milestone in the deployment process and partner system connection, not meaning the project has opened for sale.

QP Holdings is a reputable and professional real estate developer in Vietnam, operating across three core sectors: Residential Real Estate, Industrial Real Estate, and Financial Investment; in which Residential Real Estate is the strategic pillar.
Taking “Reputation and Quality” as the foundation for development, QP Holdings affirms its capacity through legal compliance, resources, deployment progress, and a verifiable partner system; steadfast in its mission to create values and accompany the long-term and sustainable prosperity of customers, partners, and shareholders.
