3. Key duties and responsibilities
Regarding finance – accounting:
- Prepare financial plans, budgets, and cash flows for the company and real estate projects.
- Propose and implement capital mobilization plans (banks, bonds, partners, etc.).
- Analyze the financial efficiency of investment projects.
- Control costs and manage financial risks.
- Supervise accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with the law.
- Work with banks, investors, and relevant regulatory authorities.
Regarding listed company governance:
- Perform information disclosure in accordance with the law and regulatory agency requirements.
- Ensure compliance with securities laws and the obligations of a listed company.
- Advise the Board of Directors and Board of Management on the roles, powers, and responsibilities of management levels.
- Draft, prepare documents, and organize meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Meeting of Shareholders; take minutes and issue resolutions in accordance with regulations.
- Act as the primary contact working with the State Securities Commission, Stock Exchanges, and shareholders.

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or higher
• Work experience: 5 years or more in an equivalent position
• Specialization: Corporate Finance – Economics / Business Administration.
• Foreign language: Intermediate English
