Along with the new name after 20 years, QP Holdings announced three core pillars including residential real estate, industrial real estate, and financial investment, setting a profit target for 2026 to increase by more than 500%.
QP Xanh was established in 2007, initially operating in the mechanical and construction sectors. In 2009, the company expanded its operations to tea and agricultural product processing. In 2016, the enterprise was listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange under the ticker HKT.
After nearly two decades of operation, the enterprise changed its name to QP Holdings Joint Stock Company. The decision was approved at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The company stated that the new name reflects its orientation to expand operational scale, improve management capacity, and develop an investment ecosystem in the next phase.
Specifically, “QP” continues to inherit the brand value built over the past 20 years, while “Holdings” demonstrates the parent company’s role in capital management, project portfolio development, and resource allocation.

According to the enterprise, residential real estate continues to be the core sector based on years of development experience. Meanwhile, industrial real estate is identified as the long-term growth driver in the context of Vietnam continuing to attract FDI production capital flows.
For the 2026-2030 period, the enterprise aims to expand its scale through developing key projects, increasing its land bank, and seeking cooperation and M&A opportunities.
Particularly in the next two years, the enterprise plans to implement the QP Green Park project with a scale of 13.78 hectares and a total investment of about 1,300 billion VND, while simultaneously developing the D7 and D17 projects in Binh Duong. Concurrently, the company continues to expand its industrial real estate portfolio and projects under the holdings model.

The enterprise stated that the additional capital will be used to implement key projects, expand investment cooperation, and seize opportunities in the real estate market.
The enterprise set a target for 2026 to achieve 116 billion VND in revenue and 31 billion VND in after-tax profit, representing increases of approximately 179% and 578% respectively compared to the previous year.
