After nearly two decades, QP Xanh officially changed its name to QP Holdings Joint Stock Company (stock code: HKT), transitioning to a Real Estate Developer model.

A new name for a new development phase
The name change from QP Xanh to QP Holdings was approved at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The letters “QP” continue to inherit the values built over the past nearly 20 years. Meanwhile, “Holdings” demonstrates the parent company’s role, heading towards capital management, project ecosystem development, and resource optimization to create long-term value for shareholders, customers, and partners.
“The name change is not the beginning of a new journey, but the continuation of a foundation built over many years. We want the new brand to more accurately reflect the enterprise’s stature and development orientation in the next phase,” shared Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, General Director of QP Holdings.
Preparing resources for the new development phase
According to QP Holdings, in recent years, the enterprise has carried out capital increases to serve its operational expansion plans. The enterprise stated that the additional capital will be used for land bank development, key project implementation, investment expansion, and researching suitable M&A opportunities.

Simultaneously, the company stated it is continuing to perfect its corporate governance system, enhance information disclosure, and operate according to the regulations applicable to public companies.
