The emergence of the QP Holdings brand reflects the new positioning of a listed enterprise: focusing on investment, ownership, capital management, and breaking through with a long-term real estate ecosystem.

A new brand for a new development phase The company stated that the name change from QP Xanh to QP Holdings was approved at the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The “QP” letters continue to inherit the values built over the past nearly 20 years. Meanwhile, “Holdings” demonstrates the role of the parent company, heading towards capital management, project ecosystem development, and resource optimization to create long-term value for shareholders, customers, and partners.

“The name change is not the beginning of a new journey, but the continuation of a foundation built over many years. We want the new brand to more accurately reflect the enterprise’s stature and development orientation in the next phase,” shared Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuan, General Director of QP Holdings.

Real estate is a sector that requires large capital and long implementation times. For homebuyers, an enterprise’s financial capacity is not just a number on a report, but is directly related to its ability to implement projects, control progress, and fulfill commitments.

According to the company, the 2026 business plan also reflects this orientation, as it sets a target to achieve 116 billion VND in revenue and 31 billion VND in after-tax profit, an increase of approximately 179% and 578% respectively compared to the previous year. Notably, in the first quarter of 2026, profit was recorded to have increased about 11 times compared to the same period last year.

Developing real estate in a more long-term direction

According to information at the shareholders’ meeting, in its new strategy, QP Holdings aims to become a real estate developer following an investment corporation model. This model helps the enterprise be more proactive in utilizing capital, selecting projects, cooperating with partners, and allocating resources. This is also a way for the enterprise to expand its ability to create value across the entire real estate chain, instead of depending on individual projects.

QP Holdings identifies three strategic pillars, including residential real estate, industrial real estate, and financial investment.

Among them, residential real estate continues to be the core sector, tied to the people’s demand for settlement and the urbanization process. This is a segment with direct significance to life, especially in a context where buyers are increasingly concerned with living quality and long-term stability.

Industrial real estate is considered a long-term direction as Vietnam continues to attract production capital flows, logistics, and supply chain shifts. This is a sector that not only creates growth room for the enterprise but is also linked to infrastructure development, employment, and the local economy.

Financial investment plays a supporting role for the company in managing capital, optimizing investment efficiency, and expanding strategic cooperation opportunities.

According to QP Holdings, these three pillars will be connected within the same ecosystem to create synergistic value, rather than operating separately.

Entering the 2026-2030 phase, QP Holdings aims to expand its operational scale through developing key projects, increasing its land bank, promoting strategic cooperation, and seeking suitable M&A opportunities.

In the 2026 – 2028 period, QP Holdings plans to focus on implementing QP Green Park with a scale of 13.78 hectares and a total investment of approximately 1,300 billion VND. The enterprise is also deploying the development of the D7 and D17 projects in Binh Duong. Simultaneously, it continues to expand its land bank, develop the real estate portfolio under the holding model, and promote industrial real estate, aiming to create long-term growth momentum.

According to the enterprise, from QP Xanh to QP Holdings, the change is not only in the name but also reflects the process of reshaping the development model, taking financial capacity, quality, prestige, and long-term value as the foundation for the next phase.
