QP Green Park Announces Real Estate Project Information

Quang Phuc House Development Co., Ltd. has announced information regarding the Quang Phuc 3 Residential Area project, under the commercial name QP Green Park, in accordance with the Law on Real Estate Business No. 29/2023/QH15 and the Government’s Decree No. 96/2024/ND-CP dated July 24, 2024.

According to Official Dispatch No. 1708/2026/CBTT-QP dated August 17, 2026, the QP Green Park project is being deployed in Binh Co Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, with a scale of approximately 137,821.1 m², equivalent to 13.78 hectares. The project investor is Quang Phuc House Development Co., Ltd..

Public Disclosure of Legal Information and Project Progress
