Nearly 3,500 transactions uploaded to the national real estate data system, paving the way for a transparent real estate market
After more than a month of operation, the Information System and Database on Housing and Real Estate Market has recorded 3,482 transactions, 3,097 individuals granted real estate brokerage identification codes, and official information of 120 projects. These initial results show that data is gradually becoming the foundation to promote a more transparent and professional market development.

Data becomes the new infrastructure of the market
Operated centrally nationwide from July 30, 2026, under Decree No. 357/2025/NĐ-CP, the system aims to form a unified, reliable data warehouse that is regularly updated. The Ministry of Construction manages and operates the system, while local authorities collect, standardize, update, and share data within their scope of management.
As of September 7, 2026, approximately 11,000 accounts have been issued; 900 administrative procedure applications have been received and processed through the software. The system integrates information on projects, products, transactions, brokerage practice certificates, supply, and price trends.

The shared data platform helps citizens, businesses, and investors check project information, legal status, and the professional standing of brokers. The capability to standardize and retrieve data also gradually limits fragmented, inaccurate, or baseless information.
However, the update level among localities remains uneven. Hanoi alone recorded 3,471 out of a total of 3,482 transactions uploaded to the system. This indicates that the system is in its initial completion phase and needs to continue expanding data across localities to ensure complete, accurate, and continuous information nationwide.
Transparency becomes the benchmark for developer capability
As the data system becomes increasingly complete, the reputation of real estate businesses is not only demonstrated through commitments but also verified by legal status, product quality, implementation capacity, and transparency levels. This is the driving force for developers to raise governance standards and strengthen market confidence.

As a reputable and professional real estate developer in Vietnam, QP Holdings affirms its position across three core sectors: Residential Real Estate, Industrial Real Estate, and Financial Investment. Among them, Residential Real Estate serves as the strategic pillar, aiming for well-planned projects with synchronized amenities and long-term value creation. Industrial Real Estate expands development potential tied to manufacturing demands, logistics, ready-built factories, and FDI capital flows. Financial Investment contributes to efficient resource allocation, risk management, and strengthens the foundation for long-term strategy.
Placing “Reputation and Quality” as the development foundation, QP Holdings steadfastly enhances governance capacity, information transparency, and execution quality. Through this, the enterprise continues to create value and accompany the long-term, sustainable prosperity of customers, partners, and shareholders.
In the context of the market being increasingly filtered by data and transparency standards, QP Holdings continues to affirm its developer capability through its three-core-sector strategy, professional governance foundation, and long-term commitment to quality. This is also the basis for QP Holdings to build trust, create value, and sustainably accompany the market in its new development cycle.
