Old Binh Duong in Ho Chi Minh City’s super-urban structure: From industrial pole to new urban space
Ho Chi Minh City’s master plan for the 2025–2050 period, with a 100-year vision, is shaping an integrated development structure, in which the former Binh Duong area is directed to strongly transition toward smart industry, high technology, and increased connectivity with the center of Ho Chi Minh City through inter-regional transport infrastructure, urban railways, and new development poles.

This change not only expands production space but also generates additional demand for housing, commerce, services, and urban infrastructure. As industry shifts to high-tech content sectors, the workforce of experts, managers, and high-quality labor also creates new demands for living environments, connectivity, and real estate product quality.
In this context, QP Holdings is focusing its resources on three key projects in the area, namely QP Green Park, QP D7 & D17, and QP Binh Duong Center. These projects represent the enterprise’s strategy to expand its presence in one of the dynamic urbanized and industrialized areas of expanded Ho Chi Minh City.
QP Green Park – Quang Phuc 3 Residential Area has a scale of 13.7 ha in Binh Co ward, comprising 568 townhouses and 58 shophouses. The project has completed important legal foundations regarding planning and construction investment appraisal, establishing the basis for the implementation process. Situated at the Northeast gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, close to industrial zones and developing infrastructure axes, QP Green Park holds the advantage of capturing residential demand generated by population migration, production expansion, and urbanization.

At the center of Binh Duong New City, QP D7 & D17 has a total scale of 1.94 ha with 2,079 products, developed as a high-rise complex and scheduled to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2026. Project records show that both projects have obtained land use rights and investment policy approval, providing the foundation for QP Holdings to prepare for the next implementation phase. Positioned in an area concentrated with administrative agencies, services, and a community of experts, D7 & D17 is oriented to serve modern urban living needs while supplementing the supply of quality apartments in old Binh Duong.

Additionally, QP Binh Duong Center with a scale of 0.6 ha in Thu Dau Mot ward continues to expand QP Holdings’ residential real estate portfolio in the existing urban center.
QP Holdings positions itself as a reputable and professional real estate developer in Vietnam, developing across three core sectors including Residential Real Estate, Industrial Real Estate, and Financial Investment, in which Residential Real Estate plays a strategic pillar role.
Placing “Prestige and Quality” as the foundation for development, QP Holdings remains steadfast in its mission to create sustainable values, accompanying the long-term prosperity of customers, partners, and shareholders. On this journey, QP Holdings’ capacity is affirmed by transparent legal compliance, implementation progress, product quality, and practical results from each project.
